Q8 Grapheti produces custom t-shirts.
Dear Stockholders:
In our first meeting we began discussing what will be our product for the semester. My company members came up with a lot of good ideas. However we wanted something simple, in style and both genders could buy. So we came up with graphic tops. That is where we got our name, Q8 Graphite. Honestly, at first we had some difficulties with the tops but once we got a couple of tops to try different graphitizes on them we got used to it and had no difficulties after that! We had a great sale and income from the tops. We wish we could continue with the production of tops, but as you are aware that markets are dynamic, constantly changing. We sold about 77 stock shares, which allowed us to have an opening balance of KD 385. During our two months time we ended up with a total of 200 KD which meant that we earned 177 KD. Our company's treasurer will further present you with a detailed picture of our money spending and earnings. Reem Al Thekair, CEO.We began with a zero balance opening balance. We sold 76 stocks, which made us earn KD 385. We entered KD 285 in the bank and kept KD 100 in the cash. We made KD 257 in sales. We had expense of KD 120. We made a profit of KD 137. We paid each worker a salary of KD 2.500 and each officer KD 3.000 in total KD 42.5. We have assets worth of KD 485 and liabilities worth KD 50. Hello I am the VPOM of the q8 graphite company, my name is Abdulaziz AL Mutawa, during the course of our short company term we have managed to make several products of T shirts and we actually sold many quantities of t shirts purchased from various shops around Kuwait and printed upon and re sold to our valued customers. We had booth at the sultan center for two days and we did not make any profit on the first day due to the fact that we were not supported from our sponsors at the beginning ( sponsors as the Sultan Center) , they did not provide any electrical outlets, and by the time they did it was too late. Fortunately we were the only company on location Thursday morning until 3:00 pm , we made and sold many t-shirts to many customers to an extent of approximately 50 KD. We came with the idea of printing pictures on the t-shirts. Or total profit is about 385 KD from sales.

Othman Al-OthmannAs the purchasing manager for the business company Q8-grafeti, I had a pleasant time purchasing products for the company. I had no difficulty purchasing needed supplies but their was a slight problem in purchasing T-Shirts at the mall, but we had no problems buying T-shirts from Top Shop because they were available in many different size and colors. The T-shirt costs KD 2.750 and the T-shirt paper cost KD 5.900 per pack.
Jumanah Al-WazzanHello I am the Marketing Manager of Q8 Grafeti, my name is Fawaz Al Qatami, and during the course of K business we had some difficulties of several T- shirts and we actually some many quantities of shirts. The customers liked it a lot. I made some very nice advertisements and they actually magnetized the customers to buy our products. We had a booth in the sultan center we’re we faced some critical difficulties in that time. On the next morning we went there again. We sold many T- shirts and had a profit of 50 KD

He was the advertisement and the publishing of the website, consisting the company products. The CIO should acquaint himself with all of the forms required by the other employees. So if the company is willing to open a website the CIO will supervise it and update it.

So we came up with soccer tournament This event was fun for us and for the middle school students who have participated in our event. The event was truly all profit. We did not spend one fils on anything. Each team consisted of eight player maximum and six players minimum. Hello I am the VPOM of the q8 graphite company, my name is Abdulaziz AL Mutawa, during the second course of our short company term we have managed to coordinate a soccer tournament for middle students. The members of the company and I had fun with this event. We had decided to stop the heavy loads of t-shirt making and try to think about something that is all profit and no monetary costs. That is where the soccer tournament idea came up! As VP of Manufacturing I would like to thank you for investing in our company!

As the purchasing manager for the business company Q8-graphttie, I had a pleasant time purchasing products for the company. I had no difficulty purchasing needed supplies. One of our goals this semester was to try to spend less and make more. So my demand for purchases was 100% less than first quarter.
This is a successful period in which we made a profit. We did have only one expense, which is for 42 KD. Our revenue is 112.5 KD for our soccer tournament. The profit is 70.5 KD. We had to pay our workers and officer, which come to a total of 34 KD. 50 KD went to our advisor salary. The book value of our stock increased by 20% which means that our stock now is worth 6 KD. It started with a book value of 5 KD. The remaining profit, which is 12% of the profits, will go to charity.
This semester we didn't depend and focus on our T-shirt sales, which resulted in not selling any. However, we put all our efforts in the soccer tournament, which was a success with due to not having any expenses only profit. Our sales goal this semester was getting as much teams as possible. The number of teams and the amount profited is located in our CFO's passage. Thank you for your investment in our company.
The records this semester remained the same. Due to our change in product and our company members discovered a non-expense event and the fact that we had our shareholders support and behind us the whole way.
