This pages will link you to the companies under current operation. This year there will be four companies. If you wish to visit the company's webpage, you can visit via the company page.
Remember that each company will liquidate (go out of business) in May so that these links become historical after that date.

An Interview With Dr. Dan Fruit conducted by Lorna Damiani
Q. What is your work title?
I'm English teacher, MUN Director, and Injaz program coordinator (probably the best title).
Q. What was your role on the Programme and what did it involve?
My role in the program has evolved. Originally, I effectively center director at Al-Bayan, author of all of the student materials, and sponsor of several companies. This was when we were the only program and when I was basically creating the program from my head and memories of Junior Acheivement.
Last year, my role was largely the same though I only sponsored one company. College students acted as advisors for the other two programs, so I supported them and the company CEOs. I also computerized all of our records, which students ran last year.
This year my role has evolved a bit more. Now, I'm basically center director and supporter for the Injaz volunteers. I assist them with the companies and act as liason between the school and Injaz.
Q. What personal benefit do you feel you gained from your experience on the programme?
This is a bit more complicated. On one level, I can refer to my experience as a participant in the United States. It would take a very long letter to list all of the things I learned, but I'll try to summarize it with a sense of responsiblity, leadership, salesmanship, and entreprenuership.
As a sponsor, I've had the pride in seeing an idea transformed into reality. Basically, I have the pride of any father in seeing his progeny grow.
Q. What value do you feel the programme delivers to young people?
It delivers much the same benefits as I named for myself.
However, let me add that I think it also gives a few things to Kuwaitis, particularly the business class as attends BBS. Many of our students will inherit businesses at BBS and have little experience actually working for/running them as well as little experience at the grunt level. Injaz gives them just that experience. This is one reason our parents are so enthusiastic about the program and have been ever since I first announced the idea.
