As the president of Smeaggle Company, I would like to inform you of having a successful period in our company. Our main goal was to produce customized pins that serve as the new "thing" everyone wants to own. Also as the sub-product we sold Wonka Bars. As you all know, Wonka bars became famous from the movie "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". Last but not least, as the last major product we decided to produce a "Smeagglender". It will be a customized calendar/organizer. All in all, we all hope for a successful business that is fun and useful.
Fatema Abdulkareem, CEOThis job has taught me many valuable lessons first is to be well organized and more responsible. As a treasurer I helped with collecting money and distributing them to our workers in the company I also learned to be responsible and more perceptive about what happens. So far we sold 63 stocks.
Mishari Ben-Salamah, CEOI, Abdullatif Al-Khalid, am the Vice President of Manufacturing. I am in charge of the manufacturing of products. My job is basically to make sure to make our fellow group members work efficiently and produce. I also am responsible for the Purchasing Manager.

As VP of sales, I had to track how many things we sold, and how much money we made. It was crucial to sell all the pins because we didn’t have any other chance to sell anymore. The dearth of time forced us to make only a few, leading to not selling all the things we made because of the lack of creativity. Since the pins take a lot of time in the making, we couldn’t customize a lot of them. In total, we made about 72.750 KD. Considering it our first time, I don’t think its too bad, but there’s definitely space for improvement.
Sara Al Sayer, VPoSMy job is to mainly about the company's attendance. The attendance was pretty good, only a few people had an absence or two. The rest of the people came every meeting and came on time, to finish their assigned work.

I Khalid al- Mudhaf did my job as Purchasing Manager it was good and done. I purchased some beads and some pins so the we (the company) can do our product. I would usually pay with my own money back. I purchased all of the things that we needed from the company. The business went well and I bought beads and pins for a very reasonable price. We made good money and paid not that much.

The results were positive and we sold a lot of pins at sultan center, souk sharg. We advertised all over the school, and printed an outstanding image of the product in the minds of the customers.

Dear Stockholders of Smeaggle,
Smeaggle made a 5% profit this year. Below, read the reports of my other officers.
The Vice President of Sales is a very important officer in the company. As for having this title given to me, sales are to be reported to me, and updates are recorded in the computer. If a sale is made, I receive the worker's cash and add the entries in the sales log. I have to keep updating with each new sale and when I'm done, I am to give the money to the CFO. Basically, as a Vice President of Sales, it takes time to work efficiently and in a good manner. My job needs accuracy and attention because it is indeed a great responsibility to be an officer in the first place.
I, Abdullatif Al-Khalid, am the vice president of manufacturing in Smeaggle company. I am in charge of the production and its issues. I basically check the quality of the product and give ideas to try to improve it. Our product is basically pinned beads that have different pictures, letters, figures, etc. It is time consuming and takes close care and attention to produce it since we have to place different types of beads in different locations through the pins. Each session, we produce an average of 2 products per person.
The attendance was outstanding. Every person in the company had a consistent attendance record. Other than there was no problem. Also, the members that were absent all had an excuse, and they presented the excuse to me prior to the meeting. Mean while, there were only two people those were not attending the meeting. The needed actions were taken into order. The members whom were absent were warned two times and then they were fired. Also, they were not given a salary because they did not attend.
Sadly this great year is about to end. As the new CIO I had no time to work because I was appointed on the last week of this year. So far we have made a profit of 250 fills per share. We sold bead badges and some bracelets. We had an amazing idea for a calendar. But I was not CIO at the time, and the idea was drooped. If I were CIO at the start of the year I would have had a much more profit. thank you for a great year.
A marketing manager is one of the jobs in a normal company. His main job is to go to the people and ask them about the products his company will produce.
As the purchasing manager of Smeaggle I tell you "stock holders" that every thing went well. All of the items that were needed were bought and sold. Anything that was bought was used by the money of the company. We "the company" needed beads and pins. We bought about every color of beads that was found, and bought all of the sizes that were needed. This purchasing job wasn't that hard because we found all of the materials needed to purchase. The materials were bought from all aver the place. It might have taken a long time to find but it got taken care of. The material that was bought was good material with a great deal of discount. Of course we needed a lot and every time we needed some I went and got it for the company. We assure you stock holders that we haven't wasted any money except for beads and pins. We made some money by selling them.
While doing my job I didn't have any problem keeping the area safe and getting people do their job without getting injured. In this year we did not use extremely dangerous objects. We used simple things like used pin and beads. The job was easy to manage, because when the beads get spelled it may make a person fall. Also, if a student did not be careful with the needles, he may injure himself. At the time we started using the pins and needles, my job started. I was doing my job watching, in the same time I was making the product too. It takes a long time to finish the each product. The most thing was done was the Kuwaiti flag. Every one was working safely, and each time some beads fall to the ground I immediately ask them to clean that mess. This job was wonderful, but this time a safety manager was the job that the team did not want the most. After all it was important, and thank god nobody got hurt.
